Woodlane Ishinryu exists to practice and promote traditional and competition karate within the local community. However, we also pride ourselves on contributing to this wider community. Each year a local charity is nominated for us to support - for 2009 this is Crossroads We also donate to other charities as and when club members get involved. See below for a selection of events and groups we have supported over the years.
