We were privileged to welcome Sensei Eddie Gillespie (4th Dan) to Woodlane on January 17 this year. Eddie trained with Woodlane at the invite of Sensei Lee Smith - this followed the successful training courses held in Newcastle last November. An enjoyable and instructive lesson was enjoyed by all as shown in the images below. We look forward to further visits and joint training sessions between the North East and Dagenham branches of Ishinryu.
