Club T-Shirts are available to members at £10 each - sizes are Small, Medium, Large and XLarge. Also Children's sizes from 5-years through to 13-years old. Required wearing for club members attending competitions, Summer School, or just about any occasion or event you can think of.
Current winner of the "Unusual places to wear your Woodlane T-Shirt" competition is Kim Vant. Pictures below are from 12,000 feet up in freefall and from the top of the Empire State building in New York (a bit chilly at -21C).

Karate Gi (Starter)
Discounted Karate Gis are available to club members. These Gis are ideal for all levels, but are especially good value for new joiners. Prices start at £10 for Junior Gis through to £30 for a large adult. For more expensive, or specialist Gis, see below, or refer to our links page for a list of suppliers.

Karate Gi (Quality)
For the more serious Karateka we recommend the KO Karate Gi. KO Gis are worn by most of the England Karate team. KO also sponsor the Italian Karate team.

Protective hand pads are available to club members at a specially discounted price of £10 per pair. These Karate England approved hand-pads are required for sparring within the club and in competition. While competition fighters should have a red and a blue pair, a single pair is sufficient for club use.
While protective gear is available from a range of suppliers, be aware that only Karate England approved hand-pads (as illustrated above) may be used in the club.

The Photos displayed on this site are a small example of those available. For example, over 1,500 images were produced from the 2006 Summer School alone. Club members may order a full set of images on DVD or CD (please specify which). There is a nominal charge of £1 per CD (or DVD) to cover materials and processing. We can also produce one-off prints on request - price on application.
